Performance in Progress team coaching is an extended process. This is not a one time visit, call, or email. My program is a combination of in-person meetings, texts and emails, phone calls, and/or video conference calls. I will come to your campus to be with your staff and athletes to start with, then follow up to ensure you have the support you need to get the measurable results you want!
Once we start the process, you will have an introductory meeting or phone call of 30-45 min to identify your individual program needs.
Next, we'll schedule a time to join you and your team to lay out the foundation of your individualized program. Surprise, we've all got homework! I will send your team outlines to prepare for our visit AND I will do my homework to know your staff and athletes by name so we can all work efficiently when we come together.
After our in-person meeting, we will have a weekly follow-up communication for 90 days to ensure you have the support you need to implement the mental performance training program we developed together.
In our communications, we will check in on our previous session, review goals, and evaluate progress. From this information, we will strategize how to get closer to your goals. These communications are a great opportunity to ask and answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and for me to provide you with support and accountability.
You can routinely check in via phone, text, and email so you feel connected throughout the duration of your season.
As a Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) coach, my consulting is based around Brian Cain's 10 Pillars of Mental Performance Mastery. This system has been created to help your team achieve a winning edge by closing the gap with these "missing links" of optimal performance. Through my coaching, we will work toward mastering each one to meet your goals based on what your team specifically needs.
